Step 1. Open a personal checking account at a bank with online access.
Step 2. Fund my checking account and make sure my online access is fully set up and working.
Step 3. Open a personal brokerage account online or by calling the firm directly. Fidelity and Schwab are solid starting points. My account will be active within a week.
Step 4. From inside my brokerage platform, connect my checking account and transfer cash directly into my brokerage. My money is now ready to invest.

How to Create My LLC and Business Brokerage · Step by Step ▼

I did not need a lawyer, an accountant, or thousands of dollars. Here is exactly what I did. Join the movement for the common man toward total financial freedom.

Step 1. Create a dedicated Gmail account for my business. Example: CompanyNameLLC@gmail.com. When creating it, choose the personal account type, not business. Use my real name and date of birth just like a regular personal email setup. Keep all business emails completely separate from my personal inbox.
Step 2. Create the LLC on my State Secretary of State website. First sign up with my newly created business Gmail, then look for the section that says something like "Register a New Business" or "Start a Business." The entire process takes minutes and costs less than $130. Choose electronic delivery. My final LLC confirmation will be sent to my email in less than 2 weeks.
Step 3. Within 2 weeks or less, I will receive my Articles of Organization from the Secretary of State confirming that my LLC is officially created. Save this document, I will need it for every next step.
Step 4. Use my Articles of Organization to generate my EIN number for free on the IRS website in minutes. This is the social security number of my business. Apply for EIN here. All I need is my business name, business type (Consulting), my personal information, the month my LLC was created from the Articles of Organization, and select No Employees when asked.
Step 5. Upload my Articles of Organization into Claude AI (free) and tell it: "Create an Operating Agreement for my business with the attached Articles of Organization so I can sign it." Read it, print it, and sign it with a pen.
Step 6. Print my Articles of Organization, my EIN confirmation, and my signed Operating Agreement. Keep these three documents together, they are my business identity.
Step 7. Go to my nearest bank with my three printed documents and $100 cash to deposit at account creation. Tell them I want to open a free business checking account. Shop around, many banks offer free business checking with no monthly fees.
Step 8. Go home and set up my online account access for my new business checking account. This is how I will manage and move my money from anywhere.
Step 9. Open a business brokerage account online or by calling the brokerage firm directly, such as Fidelity. My account will be open within 1 week.
Step 10. From my brokerage online account, connect it to my business checking account for money transfers. Fund my checking, transfer into my brokerage, and buy a gold ETF as my financial foundation. My money is now working for I.
